A stimulating full body conditioning class designed to build strength, core control and improve balance. 

This class includes a combination of body weight and resistance training, and a variety of exercises and movement patterns to help you feel stronger in body and mind.

Open to all levels including beginner and prenatal.

Includes floor work.

This activity is held at Panton Hill Living & Learning Hub and is open to people over 18 years old.
