Description

Join us this July for our new Introduction to Cake decorating Course.

Over 5 sessions you will learn how to make delicious cupcakes, become an expert at different types of icing and perfect your decorating techniques. Icings covered will include glace, ganache, Russian, royal and buttercream and you will learn techniques for working with each one. Every week you will get to take home your creations for your families and friends to enjoy, which will include cupcakes and whole cakes.

Please bring along with you an apron, a tea towel and a container to take home your decorated cakes. Please note: After the first session where you will learn how to make the cakes, you will need to bring along cupcakes or cakes either bought or baked at home ready to decorate.
