Qi Gong

Qi Gong encourages health, wellness, peace of mind and spiritual growth. 

It incorporates gentle movements with awareness and breathing to move the qi around the meridians of the body to release energy blockages and restore balance.

In this course you will learn how to meditate and move energy through the meridians by using simple movements and breathing techniques to help find inner peace.
