Join this gentle exercise group for meditation and core strength and more. 

Tai chi is an excellent form of exercise. With regular participation it can improve:

  • Peace of mind and management of stress
  • Balance and coordination
  • Core muscle strength
  • Flexibility and posture
  • It also may relieve back pain, tension and stress throughout the body.

Other known benefits of tai chi also include:

  • Strengthening of organ functions
  • Improved breathing

This class is a mixture of new beginners and more experienced beginners so the tutor will move between groups, teaching and coaching in turn.

This activity is held at Diamond Creek Living & Learning Hub and is open to people aged 18 years and over.

 

Term 2 booking opens 9am Monday 24 March

Activities start from 28 April. (Please note this is one week later than the Victorian school term.)
