A fun after-school class to introduce children to creating with clay for kids aged 8 to 12 years old.
This class is a fantastic introduction to teach your child the basics in pottery.
Students will experiment with pinch pots, coils and slab work. They will learn some basic surface decorating techniques and how to glaze their work. The maximum group size is 8. Price includes clay, firing and all required equipment.
This workshop is open to people aged 8-12 yrs. The Child Parental Consent section of the enrolment form must be completed prior to the first session.
Please note we are strict with the age range for this workshop. If your child is under 8 they cannot take this class, even if enrolling with a sibling. Thank you for your understanding.
This activity is held on Monday afternoons at Eltham Living & Learning Hub.
