Join us to celebrate Neighbourhood House week at the Eltham Living & Learning hub for a special free event!
Join Nillumbik Council’s Biodiversity Officer for a talk and guided walk exploring the wildlife corridor surrounding Eltham’s urban centre. Discover where platypuses have been spotted, learn about the diversity of urban birdlife, and gain insights into local flora and fauna.
Following the walk, light refreshments will be served back at the Eltham hub. Please note moderate fitness is required. This event is weather dependant and may be cancelled or the scheduled amended if required.
11am-11:30am - talk at the hub
11:30am - 12:30pm - walk around Diamond Creek and Wingrove Park Trail (max 1 hour)
12:30pm - 1:00pm - refreshments at Eltham Living & Learning Hub
What to bring / what to wear
If you are attending the walk please wear suitable shoes and clothing.
This activity will be held at Eltham Living & Learning Hub, 739 Main Road Eltham.
