What's more important than knowing how to save a life? Be prepared for an emergency.

As part of the Nillumbik Council Seniors Festival, Living & Learning Nillumbik are hosting a free CPR and Defib basics workshop at the Panton Hill Living & Learning Hub, in partnership with Bolton Clark.

Did you know that performing CPR can double a person's chances of survival from a cardiac arrest? Learn the basics of CPR and how to use a defibrillator. With 75% of cardiac arrests happening at home, mastering these lifesaving skills will give you the confidence to take action when it matters most.

This session will help participants feel empowered and confident to recognise the signs of a cardiac event and attempt resuscitation.

Tea and coffee provided.
