Nillumbik Carers Hub and healthAbility proudly unite to celebrate National Carer Week for our local carers.

Step into a world of appreciation, connection and meaningful moments with other local carers.

All activities are free. Select the activities that suit you, come for the whole day, or just pop in for lunch or a coffee!

Here is what's on offer:

Slow Flow Yoga (9:30am - 10:15am)

Immerse yourself in the tranquillity of slow flow yoga. Discover a harmonious blend of movement and mindfulness, providing relaxation and self-care in a serene setting.

Tai Chi (11am - 12noon)

Experience the ancient art of Tai Chi, known for its gentle, flowing movements that promote balance and inner peace.

Relaxation Seated Massage (from 11am - 2pm)

Each carer will be given the opportunity to be treated to a 15-minute rejuvenating and relaxing seated massage session. Let your stress melt away.

Lunch & Coffee (from 12noon - 1:30pm)

Enjoy lunch and barista made coffee while you connect and mingle with other carers.

Kokedama Making (1pm - 2pm)

Relax and learn how to make an ancient Japanese art of planting with moss and strings.

Come to all or select what suits you. Or feel free to pop in just for lunch or a coffee!
