Watercolour for beginners - Come-and-try session!

At Panton Hill we have regular watercolour classes aimed at adult beginners who want to explore watercolour techniques, colour theory and drawing skills to produce painting.

For this Neighbourhood House Week we are welcoming newcomers to a free come-and-try session so you can try your hand at watercolour!

Tutor Leah Tame has been teaching watercolour painting for over 10 years, with her students describing her passion for watercolour as contagious!

Leah's work has featured in a number of exhibitions in Melbourne and Barcelona, where Leah undertook an artist residency.  

This course is open to people aged 18 years and over.

This activity is free as part of Neighbourhood House Week.

Neighbourhood House Week is an annual national celebration recognising the important contribution Neighbourhood Houses make in local communities across Australia. 

This year it will run from 13 – 19 May, and we will be celebrating with activities such as special workshops, guest speakers and free activities.
