CPR and defib basics

Did you know that performing CPR can double a person's chances of survival from a cardiac arrest? Learn the basics of CPR and how to use a defibrillator. With 75% of cardiac arrests happening at home, mastering these lifesaving skills will give you the confidence to take action when it matters most.

This session, run in partnership with Bolton Clark, will help participants feel empowered and confident to recognise the signs of a cardiac event and attempt resuscitation.

Morning tea and refreshments provided.

This workshop is offered as part of the Nillumbik Seniors Festival, running from 1 to 31 October.

This activity will be held at Panton Hill Living & Learning Hub,18 Bishops Road, Panton Hill.
