This Neighbourhood House week why not take time out and join our Art MakerSpace come-and-try session?

All are welcome - beginners or experienced artists! Come along and meet other local creatives!

MakerSpaces are creative, social spaces coordinated by volunteers. They provide opportunities for people to share, learn and connect. 

Join this group and work in your favourite medium or try a new one!

Usually an annual membership, this is your chance to join in for a one-off session.

Bring along your project ideas and your tools and materials.  Easels are available.

No need to book – just come along and join in!

About Neighbourhood House Week

Neighbourhood House Week is an annual national celebration recognising the important contribution Neighbourhood Houses make in local communities across Australia. 

This year it will run from 13 – 19 May, and we will be celebrating with activities such as special workshops, guest speakers and free activities.

Did you know? There are over 1,000 Neighbourhood Houses across Australia, and more than 400 of them are in Victoria.

Neighbourhood Houses are also called Neighbourhood Centres, Community Houses, Living & Learning Centres, Community Hubs and more.
