Get organised: Manage files and folders on your laptop

Next date: Thursday, 23 October 2025 | 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Two people at a laptop

Do you have files scattered in different locations on your laptop? Find it difficult to find a file when and where you want it? Want to move files from other location (e.g. a USB/memory stick or email) to your laptop? Want to learn the tricks and tips to good file management? Then this class is for you!

File Explorer is an application within Windows laptops that allows you to create, rename, edit, organise, delete, move and modify files and folders. It's home to the precious digital content that you create and save – Word documents, photos, music or pdfs - just to name a few.

This workshop is offered as part of the Nillumbik Seniors Festival, running from 1 to 31 October.

This activity will be held at Diamond Creek Living & Learning Hub, 119 Cowin Street, Diamond Creek.
