Garden hearts painting

This special workshop offers an opportunity for participants to enjoy a creative experience together, sharing ideas, learning new skills, and creating lasting memories through art.

The activity is open to adults and young adults, creating an opportunity for teenagers and their parent, carer or grandparent to enjoy an activity together.

Using Tambi Japanese Watercolour Paints, renowned for their rich pigments and vibrant colours, participants will create a beautiful “Garden Heart” artwork featuring botanical flowers and foliage. Guided step by step by Carmen, you'll learn how to build layers of colour, create delicate floral details, and compose a heart shaped garden filled with blooms.

Whether you are a beginner or have previous painting experience, you'll be supported throughout the process in a welcoming and encouraging environment.

During the workshop, you will:

• Learn watercolour techniques using professional-quality Tambi Japanese paints
• Paint a variety of botanical flowers and foliage
• Explore colour mixing, layering, and expressive brushwork
• Create a unique heart-shaped floral composition
• Take home a finished artwork ready to frame or gift

This activity will be held at Diamond Creek Living & Learning Hub, 119 Cowin St, Diamond Creek.

This activity is open to people aged 13 years and over. Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
