Art for junior teens

LLN - Art for junior teens image - DC.png

A fun, friendly and supportive atmosphere where teens can create and connect with a group of peers who share similar interests to their own.

This course is for people aged between 12 and 14 years old in years 7 & 8 at school.

This age group can really benefit from a positive arts experience, as it is a time for personal exploration and growing confidence. We provide a mix of experiences designed to develop their skill base, introduce them to different artists and styles and encourage their flourishing creativity.

Painting, drawing, watercolour, ink and pastel skills are woven into our fun and challenging classes.

As well as skill development, participants can expect to have lots of fun exploring their ideas in a variety of different art mediums and techniques.

This activity is held on Monday after school at Diamond Creek Living & Learning Hub.

Term 2 booking opens 9am Monday 24 March

Activities start from 28 April. (Please note this is one week later than the Victorian school term.)
