Get all of those creative writing ideas down on paper! Develop skills and routines to help you perfect the craft of writing in a friendly and supportive environment.
In this course you will learn the basic elements of good writing, and develop the skill of writing creatively! We then put this knowledge into practice through exploring various writing genres - short fiction, creative non-fiction, poetry, and memoir.
Guided by the interests of the group we then focus on one of these genres and examine it more thoroughly through reading and class exercises.
Develop your understanding further through workshopping writing pieces in class and stimulating class discussions.
Mid-term enrolments are welcome – please contact us if you are interested in joining.
