Hand building with clay

Have you always wanted to have a go at creating a little bit of magic with clay?

This course is designed for people wanting to learn about hand building and will include slab rolling, coil building, carving, pressing glazing and more.

We will look at developing a style, colour concepts, line, balance, weight, suppliers, networks and do a lot of talking to develop and share ideas.

Clay can be purchased and we have a firing service for a small fee. Victoria Art Supplies Eltham sell starter kits for ceramics.

This activity is held at Eltham Living & Learning Hub and is open to people 18 years and over.
