Join us for this safe, fun and low impact exercise class that is a partnership between Aligned Leisure and Living & Learning Nillumbik.

This group class includes easy to learn, low impact cardiovascular exercise, plus strength and stretching activities.

Great for all fitness levels including beginners.

This activity will be held at Panton Hill Living & Learning Hub, 18 Bishops Road, Panton Hill.

Please note: This activity will run over seven sessions.

  • The session on Thursday 18 June will be held at 9.15am.
