Tai chi is a holistic practice that integrates mind, body and spirit. Originating in China, it is now enjoyed worldwide as a safe and effective way to support health and wellbeing.
Re-energise your mind and body through gentle, flowing movements coordinated with the breath. Tai chi can reduce stress and improve balance and coordination.
This class teaches predominantly seated activities. Suitable for beginners of all ages, levels of ability and mobility, including those who participate fully seated. Not sure if this activity is for you? Book in to Tai chi for all abilities - come and try.
