$360 ($324 concession)

This pottery class is an inclusive, beginner-friendly course designed for adults of all backgrounds and skill levels. Participants will learn fundamental hand building techniques such as pinch pots, slab construction and coiling, along with basic decorating and glazing methods.

The class prioritises a safe, trauma-informed and supportive environment, welcoming people who are neurodivergent, living with disability, managing mental health challenges, or seeking a creative and social outlet. With experienced facilitators, students are encouraged to explore their own ideas, build confidence, and develop practical pottery skills at their own pace.

Beyond technical learning, the course fosters creativity, wellbeing and a sense of belonging, offering participants the opportunity to connect, express themselves and engage in meaningful community participation.

Please note carers and support workers are welcome to attend to support participants; however, if they would like to create their own work and take part in the class themselves, they are required to enrol.

This course is open to people aged 18 years and over. This activity will be held at Eltham Living & Learning Hub, 739 Main Road Eltham
