About the tutor

My name is Tam. I love creating fresh, floral arrangements with a personal touch and have over 20 years experience in floristry. My love of flowers has brought me on a journey from London, England to the South-east of Melbourne. From working at London’s famous Dorchester Hotel, I have done customised floral arrangements for Elizabeth Taylor, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Drake and others.

I now run a floristry business called Florium Creations. All the flowers, materials, vases, ribbons, wrapping are hand selected by me to ensure optimum quality and freshness of flowers. I mostly use local growers and suppliers helping support small businesses like myself. I am looking forward to passing my experience and knowledge on to others.
