Children will learn about the meanings of different natural objects and gain a basic understanding of spells and rituals for mindfulness and wellbeing, along with using objects from nature to create art and craft. The focus of the spells and rituals, and the art and craft activities will be primarily on wellbeing - looking at mindfulness, bravery, friendship. This activity is open to people aged 6 to 10 years.
