We have a number of measures in place to prevent the fraudulent reproduction of our certificates and statements of attainment. Employers and learning institutions can contact us to find out how to verify the authenticity of a Living & Learning Nillumbik certificate or statement of attainment.
National Quality Indicator report
Each year under the Australian Quality Training Framework, Living & Learning Nillumbik is required to collect and use data on Quality Indicators. The Quality Indicators give an overall picture of the outcomes being achieved by the Registered Training Organisation and how well it is meeting client needs.
See our National Quality Indicator Report below. These indicators are based on a survey of 64 learners and 2 employers. This sample represents approximately 60 per cent of this organisation’s training delivery in the 2017 calendar year, in nationally recognised qualification courses. The learners surveyed for these indicators were selected by this organisation in accordance with national guidelines.
To maintain registration as a Registered Training Organisation we are required to undertake a re-registration audit process with the Victorian Registration & Qualifications Authority every 5 years.
See below for the outcome of our most recent re-registration audit, in November 2015. The minor non-compliances identified were rectified following the audit.
The qualifications and units audited were:
- CHC30212 Certificate III in Aged Care
- CHC50113 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- SITXFSA101 Use hygienic practices for food safety
