When you have completed the enrolment form, you can:

Mail in - postal addresses of each centre are on the enrolment form

Mail the form to us with your credit card details or a cheque.

Walk in - addresses of each centre are on the enrolment form

Bring the enrolment form with you to any of our centres. Pay by cash, cheque, money order, EFTPOS or credit card.
